Vivo is ready to launch its two new premium smartphones in India today (July 14) – Vivo X Fold 5 and Vivo X200 FE. Both these devices will be launched in an official event at 12 noon, which you can watch live on Vivo’s social media and YouTube channel. This time Vivo is going to present a foldable flagship and a compact premium phone.
The company’s teaser has revealed that both these phones will be refreshed models of the version first launched in China. This means that some changes may be seen in their features and design.
Possible features of Vivo X200 FE…
It will have a large and brilliant display of 6.31 inches, and its thickness will be less than 8mm, making it look quite sleek and premium in hand. Talking about the camera, it will be provided with dual 50MP ZEISS-branded cameras. Along with this, it will also have an 8 megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, through which you can capture photos in a larger frame.
The phone has a large battery of 6,500mAh, which will last for a long time. There is also 90W fast charging support, due to which the phone will be charged within a few minutes.
Vivo X200 FE has MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor, which is a high-performance chip. UFS 3.1 storage will be provided in it. In terms of software, this phone will run on Vivo’s FunTouch OS 15 based on Android 15, which gives a smooth experience to the user.
What will be the features of Vivo X Fold 5…
This premium foldable smartphone, which will be launched soon in India, will come with high-end features and great display. The main screen in this is a large 8.03-inch 2K+ 8T LTPO AMOLED screen, which can come with 120Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits peak brightness support. The cover screen will be 6.53-inch Full HD+ LTPO AMOLED, which also has 120Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits brightness. It can be used completely like a smartphone even without folding it.
It can be provided with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage, making it ready for high-performance and fast data access. This device can come in India with Funtouch OS 15, which will be based on Android 15 and will give many customization options to the user.
The information coming out about the camera and battery in Vivo X Fold 5 makes it quite powerful in the category of a premium foldable smartphone. Vivo X Fold 5 is expected to get triple rear camera setup with ZEISS branding. Vivo X Fold 5 can be given a large battery of 6,000mAh. For charging, it will have 80W wire charging support and 40W wireless charging support.
At present there is no official information regarding the price, but Vivo X Fold 5 will be in the premium range due to being foldable. Whereas Vivo X200 FE will be in budget price in front of it.
