Motorola has launched its new 5G smartphone Moto G96 5G in India. The company has kept its starting price at Rs 17,999. The special thing is that this phone comes with premium design, powerful performance and advanced camera features. The company has introduced it in two storage variants, which are 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB. The price of 128 GB is Rs 17,999 and the price of 256 GB is Rs 19,999. The first sale of the phone will start on July 16 on Flipkart and Motorola India website.

Talking about the features, Moto G96 5G has a 6.67-inch full HD + 3D curved pOLED display, which comes with 144Hz refresh rate and 1600 nits brightness support. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 is available for the protection of its screen. This display also supports water touch technology, which means you can operate it even with wet hands. The phone comes in four beautiful colors. Its vegan leather finish look makes it more premium.

Moto G96 5G has Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, which is built on 4nm technology. It comes with 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage, which can be purchased in 128GB or 256GB variants. The phone has Hello UI based on the latest Android 15 and the company has promised 3 years of security updates.

As a camera, the phone has a dual rear camera setup. It has a 50 megapixel Sony Lytia 700C primary camera, along with it comes with an 8 megapixel ultrawide camera which supports macro and autofocus.

A 32-megapixel selfie camera is available in the front of the phone. The special thing is that all cameras support 4K video recording. Along with this, Moto AI imaging features like AI Photo Enhancement are also available, which further improves the quality of photos and videos.
