Tata Sierra is set to be launched in all three powertrains – petrol, diesel and electric. Its new 1.5L turbo-petrol engine can generate approximately 170 PS of power and 280 Nm of torque, while the Sierra EV will be based on Tata’s new acti.ev platform. Battery pack options of up to 65 kWh or 75 kWh can be found in it, whose estimated range can be between 400 to 500 kilometers. The electric variant will further strengthen Tata’s EV leadership in India.
