Poco M8 5G launched in India, powerful features and price starts from Rs 18999.

Poco has launched its new smartphone Poco M8 5G this week. This phone has been launched in the mid-range segment and has been given many such features which are usually seen in expensive phones. The company claims that this phone will give a great experience to the users in terms of performance, display and durability.

Talking about the price, the starting price of Poco M8 5G is Rs 18,999. This phone will be available for sale on Flipkart from January 13 and bank discount will also be available as part of the launch offers.

Poco M8 5G has been launched in three storage variants in India. Its starting price has been kept at ₹ 18,999.

• The price of 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is ₹ 18,999.
• 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is available for ₹ 19,999.
• Whereas, the top variant with 8GB RAM + 256GB storage has been launched for ₹ 21,999.

Apart from this, the company is also giving bank offers to the customers. If you buy the phone with a credit or debit card of ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank or SBI, you can get an instant discount of ₹ 2,000.

Poco M8 5G has a 6.77 inch 3D curved display, which looks premium. It comes with Full HD+ resolution and has a 120Hz refresh rate, which makes scrolling and gaming very smooth. The special thing is that the peak brightness of the display goes up to 3,200 nits, due to which the screen is clearly visible even in strong sunlight. Additionally, it has Wet Touch 2.0 support, which means the phone can be easily used even with wet hands.

Talking about performance, Poco M8 5G has Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, which is made on 4nm technology. According to the company, this phone scores more than 8.25 lakh on AnTuTu benchmark. The phone has the option of up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage, so that there will be no problem with multitasking and storage.

This smartphone runs on HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15. Poco has promised to provide 4 years of OS updates and 6 years of security updates, which is considered a big deal in this segment. For security, the phone has been provided with an in-display fingerprint sensor.

In the camera section, Poco M8 5G has a 50MP primary camera, with which a 2-megapixel secondary sensor is provided. The phone has a 20MP front camera for selfies and video calls. This phone also supports 4K video recording.
