Indian smartphone brand Lava is going to launch its first budget gaming-centric smartphone Lava Play Ultra 5G today. The phone will be launched tonight at 8 pm and will be available for sale on Amazon. The company has shared a glimpse of its design and launch date on its official X account. This is Lava’s first step into the gaming smartphone segment, and it has been specially designed keeping gaming lovers in mind.
The company has already made a microsite live for this phone. In terms of design, a large square-shaped camera module has been shown in the phone, which will have a 64MP AI Matrix Camera. A 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display will be provided on the front of the phone, which supports 120Hz refresh rate and 1,000 nits brightness. This display will make the gaming and multimedia experience even smoother and brighter.
Talking about performance, Lava has confirmed that this smartphone will be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, which will be specially equipped with HyperEngine gaming optimization. With this, the frame rate will remain more stable during gaming, heating problems will be reduced and the experience of multitasking will also be better.
The phone will also have Gameboost Mode and it is expected that its AnTuTu score will be more than 7 lakhs, which is quite strong in this price range.
Talking about camera setup, the phone will have a 64-megapixel primary camera and a 13-megapixel front camera. For audio experience, it will have dual stereo speakers and dual microphones, which will also support noise cancellation. With this, gaming and multimedia users will get excellent sound quality experience.
In terms of battery, this smartphone will come with a 5,000mAh battery, which will support 33W fast charging. Talking about other features, the phone will have IP64 rating, due to which it will be safe from dust and light water splashes. Power and volume buttons will be given on the right side of the phone, while the SIM tray will be present on the left.
