Launch and sale date of Samsung Galaxy S26 Series leaked again, features of all three phones also revealed
Samsung can launch its next flagship smartphone series Galaxy S26 later this year. This series will replace the existing Galaxy S25 lineup, which was introduced in January 2025. According to new reports and leaks, this time Samsung may make some changes in its launch schedule. According to a new leak that has surfaced in the tech industry, Samsung may organize a global launch event for the Galaxy S26 series on February 25.
This information has been shared by famous tipster Evan Blass on social media platform X. If this claim proves to be true, it would be different from Samsung’s tradition till now, as the company usually launches its Galaxy S series in late January.
According to reports, the Galaxy S26 series may include three models which include Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+ and Galaxy S26 Ultra. Although the company has not yet shared any official information regarding these phones, it is believed that this time the sales will not start immediately after the launch.
Many reports have claimed that the sale of Galaxy S26 smartphones can start about a month after its launch, i.e. by the end of March. This would be an unusual move for Samsung, as the company usually starts sales within days of a launch.
Event to be held in first January
It is believed that this delay may be due to reasons related to the company’s internal product planning and supply. However, not all leaks are the same. Some old reports had said that Samsung may organize the Galaxy Unpacked 2026 event in January itself.
In such a situation, until the company itself makes an official announcement, the situation regarding the launch date cannot be completely clear.
Discussions are also intense regarding the price. According to reports, due to the increase in the cost of memory and storage components, the prices of the Galaxy S26 series may be higher than the previous S25 series.
Talking about the processor, the Galaxy S26 series can come with different chipsets in different markets. In some countries, this phone may be launched with Samsung’s new 2nm Exynos 2600 processor, while in other markets it is expected to get Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Now all eyes are on Samsung’s official announcement, which may clear the picture regarding the Galaxy S26 series in the coming months.
