Honda 2W Sales Analysis Jan 2026: Honda, one of the largest two-wheeler selling companies in the country, has once again shown its strength. Last month the company has registered explosive growth. In January 2026, they sold a total of 5,19,579 units. This figure represents an impressive increase of 29 percent year-on-year compared to the total 4,02,977 two-wheelers sold in January 2025.
If we look at the figures released by the company, Honda Activa was the best selling model last month. At the same time, sales of Shine and CB 350 have increased. Apart from this, models like Shine 125, Dio and SP 160 have got less customers as compared to last year. Let us take a look at the model wise sales report of the company.

Activa is at number one in the list. Last month, a total of 2,71,924 people bought this popular scooter. This figure shows an impressive increase of 63 percent on an annual basis as compared to the total 1,66,739 units sold in January 2025. In this way Activa has continued its reign. Its ex-showroom price in Delhi starts from ₹ 75,433 (Standard).
Its 109.51 cc air-cooled, 4-stroke engine produces 7.99 PS power and 9.05 Nm torque. Its weight with CVT automatic transmission is 106 kg and it comes with 5.3 liter tank. Its ARAI mileage is 59.5 kmpl along with being smooth in the city. Features include LED headlamps, H-Smart key, TFT display, idle stop, telescopic suspension, CBS brakes and USB port.

Shine 125 is at second place in terms of sales. It got a total of 1,35,076 new customers last month. This figure shows an annual decline of 11 percent compared to the total 1,51,439 units sold in January 2025.

CB Unicorn 160 is at third place in terms of sales. It got 35,710 new customers in January 2025. In this way, in terms of sales, it has defeated models like Shine 100, Dio and CB 350.

Honda Shine 100 is at third place in terms of sales. A total of 26,148 units were sold last month. This figure represents an annual increase of 55 percent compared to the total 16,851 units sold in January 2025.

Despite declining sales, Dio 100 has registered its name in the list of top-5 scooters of the company. Last month it got a total of 13,855 new customers. This figure shows an annual decline of 44 percent compared to the total 24,882 units sold in January 2025.
Apart from the top-5 models of the company mentioned above, last month 11,607 units of Dio 125, 8,752 units of CB 125 Hornet, 5,500 units of CB 350, 4,433 units of Livo, 2,474 units of SP160, 2,302 units of H’ness, 883 units of Hornet 2.0, 691 units of CB200X. And only 224 units of Activa E have been sold.
