Entry of Oppo K15 and K15x confirmed? New K series phone seen on Flipkart, teaser reveals design and features
Oppo is about to launch a new phone of its K series. But the exact name or launch date of the phone has not been officially disclosed yet. According to leaks and industry insiders, this phone will be part of the Oppo K15 series. This means we could see two variants – the Oppo K15 and the slightly budget-friendly K15x.
Oppo has also uploaded a dedicated pre-registration page for this new K series on Flipkart. Some design highlights of the phone are also shown on the page.
The dual rear camera is housed in a pill-shaped module, which also has an LED flash. The back and sides of the phone will be in flat design, which is the current trend for mid-range phones.
What to expect from the Oppo K15 series?
Oppo has not yet revealed the name of the phone, but it is expected to be the K15 series, which is the next stage of the K13 series. As always, the company’s focus will be on performance, battery life and fast charging. This was the reason why the previous K series phones became popular among users.
Talking about the previous phone, Oppo K13 5G (launched in April 2025) had a 6.7-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED display, 120Hz refresh rate, 1,200 nits brightness, Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset and 7,000mAh battery (80W fast charging).
Oppo K13x 5G (June 2025) had a 6.67-inch LCD display, 120Hz refresh rate, 1,000 nits brightness, MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip and 6,000mAh battery (45W charging). Based on the leak and Flipkart page, it seems that the Oppo K15 series can be launched in India any time. Oppo may soon announce specifications, price and launch date.
