Vivo is ready to launch its new smartphone Vivo Y400 soon. Before the launch, the company has shared information about its design, specification and color variants on its website and social media. Vivo Y400 has been introduced in two color options, Purple Twilight and Tropical Green. Its design is quite stylish and it has got IP68+IP69 certification to protect it from water and dust, which makes it even more special. Before knowing the rest of the features, let us tell you that this phone will be first launched in Indonesia on 4th August. After that it is expected to be launched in other countries and India.
The Vivo phone has a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, which comes with 120Hz refresh rate, 1,800 nits brightness and DCI-P3 color coverage. There is a punch hole cutout in the screen, in which the selfie camera is provided. Its screen-to-body ratio is 91.9%, which means the front is almost the entire display.
Talking about the camera, Vivo Y400 has a dual rear camera setup with 50 megapixel Sony IMX852 primary sensor and 2 megapixel Bokeh lens. This will give the users great portrait and night mode photography experience.
The most special thing about the phone is its powerful 6,000mAh battery. The company claims that this phone will run smoothly for two days and can provide music playback for 61 hours. Its 5G version is expected to come in India with Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset and it can also get 90W fast charging.
Vivo Y400 also comes with many AI features, such as it will include AI Transcript Assist, AI Notes Summary, AI Captions, AI Documents, Google Circle to Search and Link to Windows. The thickness of the phone is 7.90mm and weight is 196 grams.
When will it come to India?
At present, the global launch date of Vivo Y400 has not been confirmed yet, but its 5G version is expected to arrive in India in August. Its price can be around Rs 20,000.
