At that time this amount was very big. But Hinojosa’s father had passed away a few years ago. And none of the family members had information about his bank account. A few years later, while cleaning the house, Hinojosa found a passbook. At first he did not find this passbook so important. Because that bank was already closed.

However, a line written in the passbook changed Hinojosa’s fate. Actually, his eyes fell on the words ‘State Guarantee’ written in the passbook. This meant that if the bank went bankrupt, the government would return the money. After reading it, Hinojosa was very happy.

After this, he said that it is my father’s hard-earned money and even if the bank goes bankrupt, the government is responsible for that money, so this money should be given to me as his heir. According to this, the court also ordered to give that money to them along with interest. In total, the amount was Rs 9 crore.
