Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL) has once again proved its strong hold on telecom services in the country’s capital Delhi. According to the latest report of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), RJIL has outperformed other telecom operators by performing brilliantly in both voice and data categories. In TRAI’s Delhi R7 Performance Report, which was released by the Delhi Regional Office on January 12, 2026, RJIL has been ranked on top in the voice quality key indicators (Voice KPIs).
First of all let’s talk about voice i.e. call quality. TRAI has measured many things like CSSR (Call Setup Success Rate) – meaning how many times a call is successfully connected. Jio is number 1 in this. That means Jio’s network is the most reliable in Delhi, there are less failures in making calls. Then MOS (Mean Opinion Score) – This is the score which tells how clear and good the call sound is heard. Here too Jio is at the top.
