Vivo V70 and V70 Elite leaked before launch, expected to have 6500mAh battery, may enter in February
Vivo is preparing to launch its new premium mid-range smartphone series Vivo V70 Series in India next month. According to a tipster, this series can hit the Indian market in mid-February. Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite are expected to be included in this lineup, while some reports also suggest the possibility of launch of Vivo V70 FE variant.
Even before the launch, the price, design and color options of Vivo V70 Series have been leaked online. According to reports, the price of Vivo V70 series can be kept below Rs 55,000 in India, due to which it can give tough competition to brands like OnePlus and Samsung in the premium mid-range segment.
According to Smartprix report, tipster Yogesh Brar has claimed that Vivo V70 series will be launched in mid-February. Vivo V70 can be offered in Passion Red and Lemon Yellow colors. At the same time, Passion Red, Sand Beige and Black color options have been revealed for Vivo V70 Elite. However, Vivo has not yet officially confirmed the launch.
Design and display
According to leaked renders, the design of Vivo V70 and V70 Elite will be almost similar. Both the phones can have a square shaped camera module at the back, which will have a triple rear camera setup. It is expected to have a hole-punch AMOLED display on the front, in which thin bezels can be seen.
Both smartphones are likely to have a 6.59-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display and 120Hz refresh rate.
Processor, Camera and Battery
Vivo V70 Elite is said to have Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, while the standard Vivo V70 can get Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. The camera setup may include a 50MP main camera, 8MP ultrawide and 50MP Zeiss telephoto lens (3x optical zoom).
Talking about the battery, Vivo V70 is expected to have a 6,320mAh (marketed 6,500mAh) battery, which will support 55W fast charging. Along with this, IP68 rating can also be given in the phone.
Now it remains to be seen how many features Vivo confirms at the time of V70 Series launch and how much this series is able to attract Indian users.
