Now not TV, LG’s new OLED and Gallery TV will become the beauty of the wall, Wallpaper TV returned after 6 years

LG has unveiled its new smart TV lineup even before CES 2026. This time the company has kept design and art in special focus. On one hand, LG has relaunched its famous Wallpaper OLED TV series, while on the other hand it has also introduced a brand new Gallery TV series, which directly competes with Samsung’s The Frame TV.

LG’s Wallpaper OLED TV series first arrived in 2017 and was known for its ultra-thin body. It was discontinued later in 2020. Now after about six years, LG has brought back this series in a new avatar.

The new model LG OLED evo W6 (wallpaper) is only about 9mm thin and can be installed very close to the wall. The special thing is that it now also has a larger display of 100 inches. Due to the better wall-mount system, the TV looks like a frame on the wall.

LG’s true wireless technology has been provided in this TV. That means all HDMI and other inputs will now be in a separate Zero Connect box, which can be kept about 10 meters away from the TV. Only one power cable will come out from the TV, which will make the look on the wall even cleaner.

For performance, it has been provided with Alpha 9 Gen 3 processor, which can transmit high quality 4K video and audio without any cable.

Gallery TV: Beauty of wall, smart TV too
LG has also launched a new Gallery TV series. This TV looks exactly like a painting or photo frame when it is switched off. Famous artworks, cinematic photos and custom images created with AI can be shown in it.

Anti-reflective panels, special gallery mode and new type of bezels have been provided in this series, so that the art looks more natural. This TV will come in 55 inch and 65 inch sizes.

Gallery+ service support
LG Gallery+ service will be available in both Wallpaper OLED and Gallery TV. The service has more than 4,500 visuals, including art, photos, game graphics and AI generated images. The special thing is that along with the visuals, background music also plays according to the mood.

Overall, LG’s new smart TV lineup is for those who want to make TV not just an entertainment device but a part of their home decor.
