Looks like a bike, comfort like a scooter! n-First electric two-wheeler launched for Rs 64,999
New Delhi. Bengaluru-based EV startup Numeros Motors has launched its latest electric two-wheeler, the n-First, which is designed for urban riders who want the agility of a motorcycle and the practicality of a scooter. According to the company, the starting price of this model has been kept at Rs 64,999 and it is available for the first 1,000 customers.
Italian Design Studio
n-First has been specially designed keeping in mind the young and female travellers. Its slim profile, light weight and features designed for everyday city use make it special. The product has been designed in collaboration with Italian design studio Wheelab.
Available in 5 variants
The n-First is available in five variants and comes in 2 color options: Traffic Red and Pure White. The top-spec i-Max+ variant has a 3kWh battery, which claims an IDC range of 109 km, while the 2.5kWh variants offer a range of up to 91 km. All variants use a mid-mounted PMSM motor and chain drive, and support over-the-air software updates. Depending on the battery pack, it takes five to eight hours to fully charge.
use of 16 inch wheels
One major hardware difference is the use of 16-inch wheels, which is not commonly seen on scooters. The company says that this model has been tested in extreme weather conditions, which include the heat of Jaisalmer and sub-zero conditions of Manali, and has also been tested in normal city traffic.
Connected features will be available
On the tech front, this EV includes connected features via an app, offering theft and tow alerts, geo-fencing, remote locking and live location tracking as well as data-based ride statistics. The launch comes after the brand’s first model, the Diplos Max+, was launched just a few weeks ago and is part of Numeros’ expansion into South India, where it is building its dealership network in Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Thrissur and other cities.
