Harish, founder of e-Panipuri Cartz, who hails from Bihar, is an alumnus of IIT. He says that Golgappa is the most consumed street food. That is why he thought of making this machine. He incubated his idea from IIT Kanpur in 2021. IIT Kanpur has prepared this machine with the help of Internet of Things and cloud server. This machine can be operated from anywhere with the help of mobile app. Apart from this, it can also be operated manually. Not only can the machine be switched on-off from the mobile, but cleaning and cooling level of the Golgappa water stored in it can also be set.

Fills water with the help of sensor
A sensor has been used in the machine to fill water in Golgappa. As soon as Golgappa is taken under the machine, water starts filling. The machine automatically stops pouring water as soon as it is completely filled. The amount of water in Golgappa can also be set with the help of the app. Due to this, neither one has to put hands in water nor there is wastage of water.
