During the program organized at Baba Saheb Ambedkar Convention Center (IGNOU), Delhi, Kunal was honored by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi by giving him the second prize at the national level for his new innovation KAYA-INTERFACE.

Lieutenant Governor of Delhi honored
This new innovation of Kunal has been recognized at the national level. On the occasion of the 38th Foundation Day of Indira Gandhi National Open University, during the program organized at Baba Saheb Ambedkar Convention Center (IGNOU), Delhi, Lieutenant Governor of Delhi Vinay Kumar Saxena has honored Kunal Ambastha with the second prize at the national level for his new innovation KAYA-INTERFACE.
Big relief for people unable to walk
Kunal told that he has named his new device Brain Computer Interface (KAYA-INTERFACE). He told that through this device, any person who is unable to walk or cannot speak will be able to completely operate and control his household electrical appliances just by thinking.
Offline working makes the device secure
Kunal told that his device works completely offline. It does not require any kind of internet, which protects it from the outside world. Told that in this device, the brain signal, which is the electrical impulse flowing from the neuron, is transferred to the brain computer interface computing device through a sensor placed on the face. After this the electrical equipments connected to it are operated.
Use of these accessories in the device
Told that a computing module, speaker, microphone, on-board sensors have been used in making this entire device. It is ready to be launched in the market at the rate of Rs 10 thousand per device.
KAYA-IF device was celebrated after father’s accident
After studying mechanical engineering, Kunal faced a situation when his father met with an accident and he was on bed rest. During this time he had difficulty in operating TV and fans. After which he created a device named (KAYA-IF) which operates household electrical appliances on voice command without any internet. This second device created by him will control electrical appliances just by blinking the eyes and thinking.
